About Support Our Bankers - SOB

Welcome to the Support Our Bankers campaign website. Yes, we want to Support Our Bankers (SOB). No, wait. Before you wage a jihad against us, we would ask you to reconsider. First, we identify with the average, hard working American who struggles through life working 60 hours a week, putting away most of that money towards retirement. However, it should be noted that, like all Americans, our fellow bankers are not evil people at heart. In fact, they are more like us than the virulent media would have us believe. Like us, bankers are: brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers, sons and daughters, aunts and uncles, cousins, and judging by the age of some of them, the life expectancy of women bankers seeming short, even grandfathers and great grandfathers, extended family, friends and neighbors (love thy neighbor); they aren’t so different. And like our valiant troops the world over, our bankers are not really responsible for the "collateral damage" that their indubitable duty to protect our financial system lead to. Like freedom, protecting our financial autonomy comes at a high price. Liberty, after all, does not come cheap. Bankers are our last stand against socialist tendencies and are at the helm in the "war against our current economy." So what if we lose a battle? Should we give up? No, we must persevere as we always have. As Americans (and everyone else of course). We must stand, united, to support our bankers and provide the needed funds (and bonuses) to supply the minds that create market ingenuity. Go ahead America (and everyone else) be a SOB member. Together we shall overcome. Join us.
